At Earth & Iron Fitness, training is built around longevity, strength, and sustainability. Not quick fixes or burnout cycles.

I work with individuals who want to move better, get stronger, and build habits that support their lives long-term. Every program is personalized, grounded in sound training principles, and adapted to where you are starting; physically and mentally.

Whether you train in-person, fully online, or through a hybrid model, you’ll receive the same level of intentional programming and coaching support.

  • A one-time personal training session designed for focused support and individualized coaching. Ideal for those seeking guidance with movement technique, returning to training after time away, or addressing a specific goal or concern.

    Sessions are tailored to current ability, goals, and needs, with an emphasis on safe, effective movement and practical application beyond the session itself.

  • A short-term introductory training option available to new clients only. Designed as a low-pressure way to experience personal training, this package provides an opportunity to assess fit, establish movement fundamentals, and explore training goals without a long-term commitment.

    The 3-Session Starter Pack allows both trainer and client to determine whether ongoing training is the right next step.

  • For individuals looking for consistent, long-term support and structured progress. Monthly training provides ongoing coaching, accountability, and programming that evolves with you over time.

    Frequency and structure are determined collaboratively based on goals, schedule, and needs.

  • Flexible session packages designed for those who want structure without a recurring commitment. Ideal for short-term goals, supplemental training, or easing into a routine.

In Person Training

Online / Virtual Training

  • Best for clients who are self-motivated but want a plan, structure, and progression without ongoing coaching oversight.

    Includes: 

    • Custom workout plan built for your goals (3-5 workouts / week) in Everfit App. 

    • Monthly programming updates. 

    • Messaging support included (responses within 48-72 business hours)

    • Exercise substitutions as needed.

  • Best for clients who want accountability, progress tracking, and real coaching support while training independently. 

    Includes

    • Custom workouts (3-5 workouts / week) in Everfit

    • Weekly written check - in (4x per month)

    • Messaging support included (responses within 24-48 business hours)

    • Midweek Pulse Touchpoint (1x per week)

    • 2 form reviews per month (video submissions + coaching feedback)

  • Best for clients who want more accountability and check-ins without live sessions. 

    Includes: 

    • All of Tier 2 Online Coaching

    • +1 additional midweek touchpoint (2/week total)

    • +2 additional form reviews (4/month total)

  • Best for clients who want high accountability, consistent coaching, and technique refinement through live sessions. 

    Includes: 

    • Everything included in Tier 2 Online Coaching Plus

    • 4 live video coaching sessions per month / 30 minute calls each

    • Priority coaching support & faster troubleshooting

    • Technique coaching and form refinement live on calls.

Pricing

Here at Earth & Iron Fitness, I prioritize transparency and clarity over pressure or sales tactics. You’ll always know what you’re paying for, why a service is structured the way it is, and what support is included.

Coaching is available in - person, fully online, or through a hybrid model.

Coaching options are designed to meet people at different stages - whether you’re exploring training for the first time, looking for accountability through online coaching, or ready to commit to ongoing coaching. My goal is to make pricing straightforward, expectations clear, and decisions feel informed and comfortable.

  • A one-hour, in-person personal training session focused on your current goals, movement quality, and immediate needs. Ideal for clients seeking a one-time session, schedule flexibility, or additional support outside of a regular training plan.

    Rate: $100 / Session

  • A short introductory training option designed for individuals who are interested in personal training but not yet ready to commit to ongoing coaching. This package provides space to explore training, establish initial goals, and experience the structure and coaching style before deciding on next steps.

    Sessions focus on foundational movement, guided strength work, and understanding what consistent training could look like.

    After completion, clients may choose to continue with monthly training or session packages.

    Rate: 3 × 60-Minute Sessions - $270 total

    Sessions are priced at $90 per session.


    *Available to new clients only & must be used within a 14 day period.

  • Ongoing, structured training billed monthly for clients seeking consistency and routine.

    • 1× per week (4 sessions): $360 / month ($90 per session)

    • 2× per week (8 sessions): $680 / month ($85 per session)

    • 3× per week (12 sessions): $960 / month ($80 per session)

    • 4× per week (16 sessions): $1200 / month ($75 per session)

    Monthly programs are billed upfront and may be adjusted at renewal as needed.

  • Flexible session bundles for clients who prefer non-weekly scheduling.

    • 10 sessions: $1000 / ($100 per session)

    • 15 sessions: $1425 / ($95 per session)

    • 20 sessions: $1800 / ($90 per session)

    *Package sessions must be used within a set timeframe based on the package selected.

  • For clients who want additional structure on non-training days.

    • Program Lite: $50 / month (4 independent workouts)

      • 1 additional structured workout per week

    • Program Plus: $100 / month (8 independent workouts)

      • 2 additional structured workouts per week

    Programming is delivered through Everfit and designed to be completed independently.

    Add-ons are optional, flexible, and intended to support in-person training.

In Person Training

  • A structured training program delivered through Everfit based on your goals, training history, schedule, and equipment access. Ideal for independent clients who want a plan to follow without weekly accountability.

    Rate: $199 / Month

  • A personalized training program delivered through Everfit with weekly written check-ins for accountability, progress tracking, and program adjustments. Best for clients who want guidance, structure, and regular coaching support—without live sessions.

    Rate: $299 / Month

  • A higher-support online coaching option for clients who want more accountability and coaching connection throughout the week. Includes everything in Tier 2, plus additional support touchpoints to keep you consistent and progressing.

    Rate: $399 / Month

  • Online coaching + live video sessions for maximum accountability and real-time support. Best for clients who want consistent guidance, faster adjustments, and form coaching without training in-person.

    Rate: $499 / Month
