Hi! I’m Janira, a NASM-certified personal trainer based in Norwalk, Connecticut. I help people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies, in a way that supports long-term health, not quick fixes.

My approach to training is grounded in sustainability, thoughtful programming, and meeting people where they are. Whether you’re new to resistance training or returning after time away, my goal is to help you build a foundation that supports your life.

I didn’t come to training through perfection; I came to it through learning, rebuilding, and choosing strength again and again. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like your own, and I’ve personally worked through that experience. Helping others move out of that place and into confidence is at the heart of why I coach.

I believe fitness should add to your life, not take it over. Too often, training is framed as all-or-nothing, pushing people toward burnout or frustration. I take a different approach, one that prioritizes consistency, adaptability, and progress that feels realistic and empowering.
